My pre-new years resolution is to update this blog more often. I will bring you the best Montreal New Years Eve 2009 information out there, From what are the best true open bar parties to what hotels to stay. For example: did you know that most of the tour operators stick you in three star hotels with security guards on each floor? Or that the party might be open bar but not all night long?
